I can’t recall ever having an issue under spg being able to use these.

Trying to use a couple at the marriott evergreen and the courtyard Fort Lauderdale. I had no way to check availability before I chose this benefit and I really only want to use them for personal travel so I essentially wasted my choice.

i miss SPG upgrades as a whole. I got more upgrades at SPG even wihout these in 7 years as spg plat than I’ve gotten in 12 as MR plat.
