As has been the case for several months, the rooftop restaurant and bar (L'Appart) is closed for renovations. Originally they anticipated being open in October, but I was informed construction is behind schedule. It's more than a soft refurbishment; you can hear drilling several floors below. Guests are advised that they may hear construction noises between 10am and 6pm.
