I spent last weekend at the W. I was upgraded to a suite (currently LTP). Front desk staff is great. Breakfast was great, but I only thought the restaurant was so-so for dinner. That was my first stay at a W - the style probably isn't my favourite, but the room was fantastic. Room service was good. Bars were loud both Fri and Sat nights, but very pleasant during the day.
