No, they were very clearly simply done serving. I looked back, saw that it looked like they'd just finished up their initial pass of beverage service, and so pushed the call button...and then they rolled up with the trash collection cart. They didn't want to serve anything, just collect trash and recycling.

So I got one drink in the entire two hour flight because they stopped serving after the initial pass of drink service.
