So a departure time was moved up, were you signed up for alerts? Did you not get them? If so, then you have a different experience than I have, I always get updates on DL (and AS). And did they close the boarding door leaving anyone (leaving early, early than 15 minutes before last alert time? Well if so, then share that experience. No one has reported that.
Unfortunately, what you posted adds nothing to the store of wisdom as to wither other airlines (a) move up departures w/o sending e-mail/text updates, and then (b) leave people behind. Still waiting for someone to show another airline does what UA does...
