Are Fairmont (Platinum) upgrade/free night certificates valid for non-Fairmont hotels
I am wondering if the Fairmont (FPC Platinum) free night/room upgrade/suite upgrade/free dining (or spa) certificates valid for any Le Club Accor Hotels besides Fairmont hotels?
