Seat Reservation Disappeared
So myself and MrsDanAirLondon booked LHR-SIN-LHR in First for our honeymoon in April.
We did the usual, waited up until 1am, booked our flight using the Amex 2-4-1 Companion voucher, and selected seats 2E and 2F on BA11//BA12 the A380 flights.
I had a look at our booking last night, and hey presto we no longer had our seat reservations in addition to this someone else has jumped into 2E and 2F on the outbond, we have managed to rebook them on the inbound.
We have phoned BA and the Avios customer services and they have no explanation except that they have had a few technical glitches after the data breach.
We have been told we have to write in to complain.
Has anyone else lost their seats, or have advice on how to carry this forward?.
