The Pier has day rooms (which may be better for sleeping) but no cabanas. The Wing has approx. 8 cabanas and sometimes there is a wait for one to become available, hence the comments about the inappropriateness of people using a cabana for hours on end. But CX won't trouble you about it, only your conscience might (the latter sounds unlikely from the moral tone of some people who have made "me first, second and third" into a fine art).
