In this recent case, the property is explicitly disclosed in the program definition.
I don't think I could claim that 6 of 6800+ is that long of a list (timeshares excluded). In the SPG program, there was a handful or properties that had a reputation for trying to work around the award availability rules, but I think it was a single-digit number. I expect those properties will continue to do so.
