And of course if you do go in December, it will be crowded, what do you expect, a resort running 20% occupancy so you can have a relaxing time. Go to any resort in Phuket in December and you will face high occupancy and most of them, families with children. The only way to avoid this is to head to a all villa resort will will definitely cost you 600 Euros minimum during that season. Please think and compare before blaming a Hotel or Resort that you didn't get what you want. You went in December, that's like the Holiday season for the world. Try going to the resort during non peak and you will get a different experience.
sorry. I’m not agree
i’m an accor fan/lover ...and also Thailand lover, since I have spent there not less than 30 holidays with my wife in 20 years.
Surely there is here a lot of people with much more experience that me, i’m Here to learn firstly 😊 even if we are talking about what like and what don’t like.
I can do this short list of hotels in Phuket I think are much more valuable than Phuket Arcadia
Renaissance Phuket
sala phuket resort
centara phuket
amatara resort
the westin siray
anantara layat
the Vyitt resort
the Pavillon
i’m not talking about 600 euro/night hotel. I can’t afford it, except if few nights per holiday. In fact my first option in Phuket is The Surin
i’m not talking also about private villas resorts in the list above. Quite all the hotels above are cheaper or same cost than Phuket Arcadia
even not considering the hotels above, my opinion doesn’t change. Accor is very poor in Thailand. Even if you want to include Phuket Arcadia
i perfectly know December is peack season in Phuket as I perfectly know August is peack season in Koh Samui. And I would be creazy to think to spend 200 euro/ night in any Accor property on island where I can spend 230 euro/night at Poppies Samui.
Plewse think think and compare, before to acclaim an hotel only because is under a hotel chain.
I’m one that normally organize my holidays following Accor hotels and where Accor hotels are.
Unfortunatelly that is not possible in Thailand. It would mean to waste my money
