AbuShisha, happens EVERY time for me too. I find that the Miles Request form on the EY Guest site to be useless. It's better to email the relevant Guest team directly.
I would try emailing
[email protected],
[email protected],
[email protected] or
[email protected] choose the one relevant to your status level.
Include PNR, Date(s), Flight Number(s) EY Guest number and class of travel.
On a recent email exchange I was informed that I was sending my emails to the "wrong" address -
[email protected] - which you would think was the right one!
Having checked our records we notice, your claim requests were addressed to [email protected]. In future, in case of missing miles for miles upgrade/plusgrade, we request you to email us at [email protected] to enable us to assist you on time and update your claim.
My latest request was dealt with in under 36 hours. That's fast for EY Guest
