I managed to stretch this out to 1080 TP: DME-LHR-JFK-LAX-SJC-LAX-JFK-LHR-HEL-LHR-DME for 1630GBP, 40000+Avios and 8 lie flat sectors. Losing the HEL shuffle will save 130GBP.
