If your prepaid rental is refundable: Book the new deal, then cancel the first one.
If your prepaid rental is non-refundable: I am afraid you just learned a lesson.
Captain Obvious adds this: If your prepaid rental is refundable minus a fee, see if the fee is less or more than the price difference to the new deal.
