1. The the places that print out a $0 folio, I just throw it out, unless they have provided some sort of service to me.

2. I’ll occasionally throw a dollar or two in the jar if the food or service was good. I will not tip if I’m just grabbing and going or if the attendant is just standing around.

3. I tip well at lounges where I get extraordinary service or where the club lounge is so good that you can basically call it a “real meal”. Le Centre Sheraton Montreal, Sheraton Sand Key, and Sheraton New Orleans I will leave $5 per trip up as the service and food are very good
