I reached out via email on August 20 and received an acknowledgment, but nothing since then. Any updates?

Hi there!
Thanks for sending us your question. We'll get back to you just as soon as possible. If you have some other details to add, just reply to this email--that way, all your information will stay together.
Also - this is not an Autodlash issue per se but is still really annoying. Priceline’s quote said it included taxes and fees. Well, it did include the VAT on the rental, but it did not include airport fees (that presumably would be well known to the rental company and to Priceline, since they are flat per-day or per-rental fees, not percentages) or the VAT on those fees (!).
This added more than 20% to the cost of the rental - not a huge amount in absolute terms in this case, but a large percentage and an unexpected annoyance. Any way to get these fees disclosed up front?
Priceline does acknowledge that the taxes and fees it quoted in the initial reservation are estimates, but to see that declaration requires clicking through multiple links. Seems like they should have a note to that effect on the quote page, not buried several layers in.
