We came back from BLQ to LHR in Club europe but nobody was offered tea or coffee after the meal. I was left wondering and disappointed as it's always nice to finish up that way - I am sure they used to a few months ago....
You can ask for coffee or tea at any time on a flight. Usually on medium band routes when they collect your tray they will ask whether you want anything else.
