Amex are advising people not to bother replacing their cards, unless they've already experienced fraud.

Amex have pretty good fraud detection / prevention systems in place, and in the end if something get through, you can dispute it and they'll remove it (as with all other credit card companies).

If you really want a new Amex card, you can request a replacement online via your account; go to:

> Account Management
> Order a replacement Card for damaged, lost, or stolen Cards
