First point - you state that your parents are 'elderly' but don't state their ages and physical and mental health conditions. This will be a determinant!
A 65 year old walking talking man is worlds away from a 95 year old wheelchair bound old lady!

Indians get visa on arrival in the UAE, and chauffeur drive will be provided for Business flex and classic guests.

They will be eligible for a hotel but will not be assisted in any way once there (except payment).
