Yeah the weight on this bag is a huge one, not just because certain airlines are obsessive about weighing, but also because lugging twelve kilos or more is asking for a back injury. I have a Minaal 2.0 and even then I clock in right at 11±1kg -- the size is just right, could maybe even be a bit smaller, but the weight is just killer.

The other thing that bothers me about most bags bigger than 35L ... they look like somebody sewed some backpack straps on a suitcase. Seriously ... can someone just design a 30L travel backpack that looks like a regular backpack and call it a day?
