Understandable.

I've found CRCs to be a slice of heaven. Never any rudeness, plenty of helpfulness. No difference in treatment from the time when I was a paid CRC member through the time I was PM and therefore a comped CRC member.

ACs have welcomed me warmly even though I've always accessed them as a PLT on an international flight and now as a OW Sapphire from QF.

The PLT and EXP lines have met or exceeded my expectations on numerous occasions. The GM/PM line has been stellar as well but has left me hanging out to dry a couple of times, but otherwise has been very good.

I recommend giving the PLT and hopefully soon the EXP line another chance. They are just part of the reason I choose AA whenever possible.
