To make this even worse BA have sent these emails and each one has a different reply to email address in the header.

the reply to email address contains the booking reference at Executive Club number of each member of British Airways.

for example

xxxxx.yyyyyyyy.6436643@ British Airways.com

where x is the booking reference and y is it Executive Club number
