I did not book anything during that period, but thought I’d change my password just to be safe. I had the same problems resetting the password as mentioned here and had to resort to the forgot password link. So I changed my password, can log in on the website fine, but I can’t log into the app on my iPhone or iPad. Hopefully that will be resolved soon!
