I found that DL almost always rebooked me on the most logical choice and I rarely had to make changes. The CRC staff was usually stellar although SMS would sometimes be more willing to get creative. I've found the PLT desk to be more hit and miss and generally less helpful than DL SMS. I've also found the ACs to be less inviting than CRCs. Then again it may be part of the adaptation process. I really liked DL before Mullin, Borden, et. al. destroyed it.
