There are 'white hat' Ethical Hackers who do this sort of stuff. They charge money and most IT people think they don't need them. I would have hoped a company as big as BA would have done this though. Given that, it's a computer system, there are pretty much guaranteed to be issues somewhere. Hope we don't hear of any FT BAers getting effected.
