Do you want to try searching specifically for EDI to LGW? When I do that, I'm getting more options to all three airports (although even then it is not all of the EDI flights that day in either direction).

An alternative is to try this link: https://www.britishairways.com/trave..._gb?source=cys and click through to the multi-city page, then search using specific airports.
