Is the lounge at Sheraton TriBeCa *still* opening late for happy hour? That happened to me the first and only time I stayed there about five years ago. There was no sign of any employee(s) in the lounge until almost an hour after the stated time, despite various waiting guests callin downstairs several times. No apology either. I've never gone back. [I also had to wait until past 6 pm to get my room when I arrived, again with just a shrug from the front desk.]
