I can see the problem now, most things appear to be defaulting to the "full site version", the one with rectangular blocks, rather the the list of flights with radar selection.

I've got a case open with BA on this, but if anyone has some screenshot examples - particularly where there is no flight showing at all on one system but is on another such as Amex - please drop me a PM.
