So as noted in previous threads, use BA.com/flights or Multi city and all flights will show up. Avoid the new tablet style front page and iOS screens, and ideally use a full PC or laptop.
Thanks, yeh I've been avoiding the new layout for some time but it now forces you down that route from BA.com/flights. When you use multi-city it throws an error stating no flights available (errorCode=NG_FS_10137). I'm using Chrome on windows 10 (Laptop) but same issue on Mac book and android mobile.
Called the sales line instead and they confirmed there was an issue and waived the phone booking fee.
