Hi,
I was trying to redeem my Etihad miles as they are going to expire end of September. When I tried to use my miles, I was informed by customer service that my Etihad guest account has been "Suspended". I was asked to write to "
[email protected]" to activate my account.
This was almost 3 weeks back and I haven't received any response despite 2 additional reminders. I then wrote to the Twitter feed as well as
[email protected], both asked me to wait for a response from the "guestinformation" team.
I am quite puzzled as I'm able to successfully login to my etihad guest account but unable to use the miles.
As you can see, the etihad guest backend customer service is a mess with each team working in silo. Not sure who else to write or escalate this issue to get this fixed.
Any ideas?
