Yes, that's the case, they effectively have the ledge space that is on the screen side, but on both sides. Consequently for a single traveller they have a bit more width than other CW seats, and if on the bulkhead they have a two way direct aisle access as well as some extra length space beyond the foot stool. The seat itself is the same.
