For good service I tip but do so at end of trip, often will give $50-$100 USD in Thailand and tell mgr to share w team

I resent when attendants ask you to sign for tips as soon as you enter club (westin in NY and Sheraton Montreal did this to me). Haven't stayed there again because I didn't like being coerced in lounge.
