Put it simply, he was pretty non-existant before the merger, so I don't expect him much from him. But can't Marriott deal with their PP +Ambassador LTP or whatever first? This sounds so ridiculous to me!
Has it been publize around about the current mess? This is just not right...
I don't know the situation with your ambassador but in fairness to him I guarantee you that he is under explicit instruction to not touch anything. Manual fixes to bad data just makes cleaning up the bad data worse.
