yes they get the job done, but if you are already worried about inducing a heart attack, Propeller may not be for you. They take their sweet time and don’t seem to think that the customer needs to be communicated with. Radio silence is their MO.
I have had similar issues as the above poster in the past. As long as you keep reminding them eventually it will be sorted.
