It’s worth saying that the B lounge staff may be slightly confused and assume you are lost. Also in the walkway itself some helpful staff sometimes assume you’ve gone the wrong way and offer directions or advice. Using the B lounge when departing from A is definitely not expected but definitely allowed and fine. The only golden rule is to NEVER stay on the transit at C thinking you will be taken back for your departure at A.
