Actually I have.

The Friday vs. Thursday departure deal seems to apply equally; the wedding actually is on Kauai but I was planning on the 5K AQ jump anyway.

SFO-LIH/LIH-LAX-SFO is $664 - not much improvement.

No availability for SFO-OGG

SFO-KOA is in the $665 range and goes through HNL anyway.

That's why I just focus on getting to Honolulu!
