Last year I flew MUC-DEN on LH F with the family and when we arrived the stroller was completely destroyed.
LH fully reimbursed all the costs + 300 EUR in cash on top for the hassle we had to go through. Furthermore, they sent 3 bottles of Moet Chandon to my home as well as a LH captain teddybear for my daughter. Could not have asked for more ^^.
