Redeemed 45,000 points for a night at this property before the program merger and the points increase but now my account is showing this:

When I click on that, it asks me to confirm room rate US$614.88 but on the top it also says room rate is US$56 + 50,000 points. I did not proceed further. Should I be worried or just leave it? Are my 45,000 points already deducted supposed to include the $50 resort fee? Thanks in advance to anyone who can answer.
