Trying to choose my seat in Economy on a Lufthansa A321. SeatGuru and others show a row 11 (exit row) with additional leg room. However, the seat map starts at row 12 -- I called customer service and their seatmap is also starting at 12. Can anyone help?

Also -- is 27D the best "premium" economy seat on this flight?
