Creative, but I cannot see this working. What you do is a 'one way' which is a major detour - the actual travel is SIN-TPE and if you book as FB miles you most likely you will end up with some China Airlines one way award. If you call, if I were the person helping you, I would say this is not possible. It is too obvious you try to get a bunch of one-way flights for the price of one. I can see SIN-TPE-NRT or ICN with a <24 hour stop in TPE working as one way award on CA but that is about it.
