Hi All - I have a small amount of Etihad miles that are set to expire this fall that i'm hoping to redeem. I'd like to redeem with their partner Garuda Airlines to fly from DPS to LBJ.

I searched expert flyer and see economy availability for the date and route I want. However, when I call Etihad they insist they see no availability. What gives? Does Etihad not have full access to Garuda availability?

I've tried calling the US and Manchester call centers. Does anyone have any tricks to either a). help the Etihad agent see the same availability I do and book it or b). a way for me to see the availability that Etihad actually has access to.
