I'm a newbie to AWA. My boyfriend and I flew separately from LAX to NYC and back to LAX together. Both of our outbound flights were 2 hours delayed (mine was spent sitting on the tarmac). Our inbound flight was late by 45 minutes with an 1 1/2 hour wait in line at JFK. They also still charged us for the IFE despite the delay. The clincher, however, was that my boyfriend's luggage got left behind in JFK. Any experts have any advice on any comps or courtesies we can get from AWA? We were thoroughly disappointed with our trip.
