I am scheduled to arrive LH755 in F Gate B23A, and then have a 4h'ish connection and then conncet on LH402 in C departing Z66, this is all booked on 1 ticket. My understanding from reading the wiki / first post and LH site is that:
- No car on arrival because it is not a remote gate, so walk to immigration and customs and then exit and walk to FCT
- Go back thought security in the FCT
- Will clear US checks and be taken to LH402 by car.
Do they still use the Porche I saw in the reviews from 2015, or do you have to request that specifically?
Any other advise?
The FCT was much easier than my last FRA transit where we were in security for nearly an hour (the premium line). I was from my seat 2A in to a shower in less than 30 mins (including the walk, immigration eGate, customs, some fresh air and then then security again). The 4 hour layover for the EWR connection on LH vs 2 on UA is not as great but I am sure the FCT will make up for it.
