An interesting experience ...

Doing OLCI from MAD-LHR on Wednesday I was prompted to print my boarding pass. Sadly I had to decline as had no printer attached. At the airport, I could not use Self Service as the system thought I had printed my BP already so had to queue up.

My colleague, who did print their boarding pass, was turned back by security and had to go to the BA desk. It appears that Madrid security do not accept home printed BP's and BA staff there are aware of this but the option to print BP is still available.

Hmmm ... not a great piece of work ... anyone else had similar problems.
