That said is there any known time of the year when SW tends to advertise bigger bonuses for the business and personal cards? Would help with planning as I want to try to get the companion pass for next year and all of 2020!

You do not want to get the card(s) until about October anyway, with required spend hitting in January.

Too early to worry about it. And no way to know at this time.

This game is changing drastically. Whatever happened in previous years is no sure indication of what’s going to happen in the future.
