I was at the IC for 3 nights in March. Here is my take on it..
- I was upgraded to a suite as a Spire / Ambassador. It was huge, clean and had a beautiful view of the city line on one corner and the sea on the other. Only negative was, the windows showed crack repairs but over all the property seemed well maintained and the service was excellent.
- It is 10 mins to the old town so very convenient.
- Beach was a no go with shady characters all over. If you want to do the beach go a day trip to one of the island.

I would choose the IC over HI any day for 23,00 pts / day
