Does it say "Our one program has arrived. Your new member number is here, too" on one side and "Check out your new member number on the other"?

With "Starwood Preferred Guest" as the return address?

And inside it says "Use your new number to log in to your SPG account"?

If so, it's your new SPG number that everybody received.

If not, then you're the first one to report receiving a new MR number - pleas provide further details.

Combining accounts wouldn't have stopped a mailing that's been in the works long before combining accounts was available. Did you not combine accounts using a new SPG number? Is it not the same as in the mailing?

What happened when you tried login in today, after you combined accounts and after receiving this mailing, with your combined MR account number and what you received in the mail?


(Fwiw, MrsCP received the mailing I described yesterday, and the "new number" is the same number as the "new number" provided when I logged into her account on August 20. Her new SPG number. Which will go away permanently if I choose to combine accountswith her MR number.)
