Again, you were not told to *visit* the nearest EK office. You were told to *contact* the nearest EK office. To any normal thinking person, this would mean you phone them and make your changes / payments over the phone. For some reason, you decided to visit the nearest EK office and then whinge about parking fees.

The than the complaints about Emirates IT, the rest of your post is just a rant unfortunately.
