I was able to apply SNA online to two stays in two separate accounts (both merged recently). One stay is next weekend so we'll see how MR handles this...
On a related note - earlier my office computer was not showing SNAs in the account. Once i got home i could see and apply them - not sure if it was timing of perhaps some cookies mess things up.
