Hi everyone,
Is there a set way to request compensation for a delay that was caused by Avianca? I will end up arriving at my final destination (MDE) from BOG, exactly 5hr 58min behind schedule (although with the lengthy delay in getting baggage it was more like 6.5 hours). Curious if anyone has had success getting a voucher of some sort for this length of delay.
