Huh? The AA program for one is an "all-airline" based awards system for general awards, meaning you can take flights on any of the offered partners. I am pretty sure that QFF has basically the same system. AFAIK the only codeshare restrictions are (i) on paid OWE tickets you cannot take a codeshare not operated by a OW airline or its affiliate airline, and (ii) you cannot upgrade codeshare flights (except maybe through AsiaMiles I think).
